 If you’re looking for a professional massage therapist and bodyworker, you’ve come to the right place.  I have been serving the Missouri side of the St. Louis area since 2011. I am a licensed massage therapist, LMT, or massage therapist: not a "masseuse". What is the difference you ask? I am an educated, state licensed, health care professional. Not someone who may be uneducated or untrained and/or does immoral or questionable acts. I am well trained in a variety of modalities, click on the "Services" page to learn more about the various techniques I use in my work. I do customized work according to your specific health needs, which means that I will use tools from all areas of my education to help you in the best way possible during each session.

There are many benefits to having regular massage. Massage therapy can help you move better & live in less pain. It is an ancillary health aid, not meant to replace the care of a physician when needed.
